Absolutely outstanding stay at the Canopy Hilton West Palm Beach, my third time here and by far the best yet. Ricky (Guest/Host) was phenomenal and hands-down the best we’ve ever experienced at any hotel.
Stayed at the Canopy West Palm Beach for a night and the highlight was easily the restaurant bar, thanks to Fabian and Aaron. These two were phenomenal, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel special.
My Bf and I went for dinner at the Treehouse and it did not disappoint! The views are absolutely amazing and can’t be beat. Our server Angelica was super sweet and attentive. She had good food recommendations as well. The wings and truffle fries were delicious.
Aaron and Tatiana are excellent bartenders. They were always attentive and on top of the whole bar during my time here. Fabian and Camila greeted every guest as they waited tables and were kind to me even though I was sitting at the bar. I will definitely be coming back.
Getting married at Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
