From the reviews
Got married here in February! Absolutely gorgeous backdrop even in the winter. As wedding venues go, this is very affordable and accessible for vendors which you will need to bring in.
We chose this space for our wedding in mid-June and I am soo incredibly happy we went with it. I used to go to this carousel as a child so the space was super sentimental for me.
Beautiful location. Passing through, keep an eye on your wallet and kids. Planning an event, pay for security. Free parking is a little tough to find but there seemed to be plenty of paid parking. All in all, we had a great time.
Beautiful venue for events in weddings or other occasions. I personally would like there to be a bit more privacy and and updated restroom.
Getting married at Carousel House
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
