I had my wedding and reception here on May 9th. Jane and Kevin were wonderful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The rooms are beautiful and the home made breakfast is amazing. I could not have asked for a better day as my wedding was nearly perfect. Thank you Kevin and Jane for being so wonderful.
Delightful cozy cottage in Bay St Louis, MS on a beautiful tree lined street located behind the main house. Very cute and comfortable one bedroom and bath. Two blocks from the beach. Two steps up to the front porch. Cottage is very nicely furnished, and has hardwood floors.
We stayed in the cottage! It was awesome. Very private and comfy little house with a beachy feel and a front porch. We used the cruiser bikes to explore the beach and had easy access to amazing restaurants in Old Town. Jane provides wonderful breakfasts too. We will be back!!
My wife and I stayed in the sunshine room for a quick weekend getaway celebrating her birthday. The owners and staff were very welcoming the property lovely and very inviting. The room we stayed in was very well decorated with unique antique decor. The location is an easy walk from most of the activities in Bay st.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
