I've been around the world and throughout this country, since growing up in Bay Saint Louis. I came back today after visiting my mother in the hospital to have some local cuisine, which I hoped was as I remembered it. The food I had today at North Beach is exactly as I remember.
The perfect reception spot for our quant wedding! The staff was absolutely amazing! From planning to preparation. I could not have asked for a better venue! Becky went above and beyond with every last minute request and was always a phone call away!
We recently hosted our son's rehearsal dinner (and a few additional meals!) at 200 North Beach. We were a large group of 70, plus a hosted bar following for another 20-plus. It was amazing! The service, the quality of food served and the beautiful setting. From organization to execution, everyone was stunned!
Had dinner March 25. Nice atmosphere. Both of us had the North Beach Salad, wife also had the potato soup. Salad was great, soup could have been warmer. Also Key Lime martini was great and the beer cold. Reasonable prices. Cody was an excellent server. We will return.
Getting married at 200 North Beach Restaurant and Bar
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
