I got married here in the Fall of 2024, and I cannot stress just how much effort the staff put in to make sure the day was perfect. The managers were professional and very well organized, the head chef was personable and funny, and the servers and bar staff were absolutely on top of their game.
I attended a wedding a couple days ago in Gloucester. The moment I found The Castle Manor Inn on Google, I fell in love with the architecture, and interior views. I immediately booked it the day before flying out. I called after booking online and spoke with Dan. he was friendly and professional.
We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely amazing! The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, the staff were so friendly, and the food was some of the best food I’ve ever tried! Huge shoutouts to John and Chef Dan for helping us so much!

Getting married at Castle Manor Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
