From the reviews
Very clean room, very comfortable bed. very quiet and tranquil. Everyone friendly and helpful. Was the best part of my 7 day trip visiting the east coast when it came to food fun and relaxation. Location was ideal for me to drive and explore Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire.
Stayed here over the weekend with an old fraternity brother. Growing up here, this place has always been a fixture but in recent years they have done a great job with the space. Great semi enclosed bar on with the water with an island vibe and good food. Rooms were good but the service was great.
I stayed for a personal getaway weekend and look forward to staying with the hotel at the Cape Ann Marina again. They're finishing up an extensive and impressive renovation. I got the luxury or staying in one of the newly finished rooms. Great size rooms, nice balcony view, large spacious bathroom with walk in shower.
Getting married at The Hotel at Cape Ann Marina
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
