My husband and I had our wedding reception at CBBC in September 2023. It exceeded every expectation. The food options were incredible and they made alterations for each guest with an allergy/intolerance.
We got married at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on May 17, 2025, and had the most stellar experience we could have hoped for. From the very beginning, we were blown away.
Just had our wedding here this past weekend and received so many compliments on the service, flow of things and how beautifully everything was put together. Our planner Samantha went above & beyond- extremely attentive, accommodating and never made us feel like our questions were dumb.
We had our wedding here in March 2026. It is a gorgeous space, has delicious food, and very friendly and attentive staff. I would absolutely recommend it as a wedding venue to anyone looking!
Getting married at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
