“We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to Maria’s Love Point B&B to celebrate our first anniversary of our beautiful wedding!”
From the reviews
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was an exceptional experience. The view of the bay from our windows was spectacular! The home is impeccably clean and comfortable. Ed and Maria made us feel welcome and were wonderful hosts throughout our time there.
This was my husband and I’s first stay at a B&B, and we were not disappointed. Ed and Maria share their gift of hospitality, and are delightful people. Their home is beautiful, clean and quiet. There is a nearby nature park with beach access and trails.
My partner and I came here to celebrate my birthday and Maria’s did not disappoint! This is a beautiful B&B on the Eastern shore with gorgeous views and wonderful hospitality. Maria is an excellent cook - don’t sleep on the homemade granola. She’s also a great resource for things to do and places to eat on the island.
Getting married at Maria's Love Point Bed & Breakfast
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
