I just recently lodged here while on a work trip. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay at this place. The rooms are a nice size, and cleaned very well each day. There is a chair outside of each room so you can sit and enjoy the sunset and evening breeze.
Great value in a small town! This motel may be small, but it's very inviting. The rooms were CLEAN and had tile throughout (huge plus if you travel with animals). The owner is very kind and accommodating to all. It is a family run business and they maintain the property themselves.
We love staying at this place already and even more now- they just redid all the rooms and they are great! Management is awesome and there 24/7 should you need anything. They have a pool that shows the most perfect sunset when you are in it :)

Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
