“Beautiful river views and a great crowd.”
From the reviews
Great venue for an outdoor evening summer reggae show. Beautiful river views and a great crowd. I will look for more shows to go to there. There are so many small shops, pubs, and eateries within walking distance. Plus there is ample parking.
First time seeing a concert here. It's a great outdoor venue with space to watch from any location. No mosquitoes bothered us while enjoying the concert. The sound system was top notch. They had plenty of porta-potties as well. I definitely can see myself seeing more concerts here.
Beautiful park. Lovely views. Perfect spot for a walk or to relax for a while. I wish I had something like this close to him. It's right next to the historical town so there is plenty of spots to eat and drink. So local small shops nearby as well.

Getting married at Cocoa Riverfront Park
Cocoa Riverfront Park is a public beach or park, so a ceremony here almost always needs a permit from the managing city, county, or state parks office — and the rules matter: many public beaches cap your guest count, set ceremony windows, and restrict what you can set up (some ban chairs, arches, and amplified sound entirely). There's no on-site coordinator, catering, or weather backup, so you'll bring your own vendors and a rain plan. The payoff is a stunning setting at a fraction of a private venue's cost. Start with our public-beach permit guide, then call the local office to confirm this season's rules.
