This location was perfect for my daughter’s bridal shower! It was easy to access, along with plenty of parking in the public parking area of Cocoa Village, although our event was on a weekend and our guests were able to find parking at the closed business next door.
Recently held both a bridal shower and a wedding reception at this beautiful venue! Such a charming event venue and so versatile for many types of events or gatherings. Highly recommend!!

The Old Florida House was absolutely the best venue to host my daughter’s baby shower ! The owners are so friendly and worked with my timeframe/day/schedule with ease. All of our guest were please with the location and parking was not an issue at all. The venue is absolutely pristine as well.
Getting married at The Old Florida House
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
