I recently got married here and first off I booked my wedding without even knowing what the grounds or rooms looked like with my own eyes. In speaking to Mr. Paul Bates the owner of this fabulous resort, I was hooked. With over 8 months in planning 4 months before our wedding we visited for a few days.
We so loved it here! Staff was very helpful. Room and grounds were clean and peaceful. Wished we could of stayed longer. If you like Resorts with love and charm this is it!
Super cute and quiet property with a 24hr pool! Great for sunrises or sunsets on the Atlantic. We were only there for one night but we cannot wait to come back again!
Coconut Cove Resort was an absolute lifesaver and one of the most charming places we’ve stayed. Bob, who checked us in, made the whole process smooth and welcoming even though we had arrived late at night exhausted and stressed out from a booking conflict with a previous location.
Getting married at Coconut Cove Resort & Marina
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
