From the reviews
This is a fabulous venue. The owners and staff go above and beyond. We attended a wedding here and the food was pit beef, Turkey and ham. Crab soup and homemade salads. It was EXCELLENT! The place is gorgeous. The trees are meticulously pruned and the grounds are gorgeous.
I went last year for a Union picnic and it was absolutely wonderful. The all you can eat crabs, a mirage of other delicious foods and desserts, and all you can drink in sodas, bottled water and beer was just superb. Everything is organized and way too much fun!!! Great for the family as well.
I visit once a year for a bull roast. I've only been outside on the grounds but it is beautiful and they do a great job with the cooking and service. They are accessible by land and by boat. If coming in by boat only use the docks to the starboard side the one on your port side is very shallow.
Went for DAP Company Picnic Great place for things like that! Would be a Beautiful Place for Any kind of Event . Indoor and outdoor accommodations. Being on the Water was the Cherry on Top !
Getting married at Conrad's Ruth Villa
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
