From the reviews
My best friend for the better part of 13+ years just had his wedding here every moment was amazing and the staff are professional and courteous. I would gladly get a membership if I only lived closer. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could
I attended a wedding at the Eastern Yacht Club. It was beautiful outside where the couple got married. The in side Paul was very nice and the food was outstanding.
The EYC is a great place in general. They have nicely kept grounds and a lot of friendly members. However, like anything in life, there are exceptions. The exception in this case would be the tiki bar bartender.
I have never been here before I attended a social event with one of my colleagues. The club sits on a beautiful waterfront property with access to the water. The young staff members were both polite and helpful. The grounds were well kept and the clubhouse was modern and well appointed.
Getting married at Eastern Yacht Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
