Probably the nicest course I’ve played in Florida; and I’ve played a lot of them. This track is in as good if not better shape than The Ocean Course, with a better layout. More picturesque holes (the entire course has memorable holes versus only a couple on the ocean course), and more challenging.
Its a beautiful course, with plush conditions. The design is demanding, but there are a lot of scoreable holes also. The winds are challenging and fun in figuring them out. Due to proximity to the ocean, it's intense.

The Conservatory Course is a serene and enjoyable course. I personally liked The Ocean Course much better, but the Conservatory is no slouch. The front nine is more of a typical gated community course with lots of large homes surrounding the course but far enough away you don’t notice them.
Getting married at Conservatory at Hammock Beach
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
