I have been the DJ & Officiant for 50+ weddings here. Dan (manager) & staff are excellent. Today was another amazing wedding with friends & family in this beautiful spot. We did the DJ/MC, Officiant, Lighting & Photo Booth. The parking is easy, food is great and views are beautiful.
What a find! Hidden gem off the Silver Strand south of Coronado village and north of Imperial Beach with breathtaking views, captivating ambience, exceedingly romantic venue for all occasions, and surprisingly fair pricing.

Coronado Cays Yacht Club was the most magical place to have a wedding! It is right on the water, and it is so beautiful. The indoors merge seamlessly with the outdoors with huge windows and doors that open up to the ocean. My guests really enjoyed taking pictures outside and cooling off in between dance sets.
Getting married at Coronado Cays Yacht Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
