Our stay at Loews was deeply meaningful to our family as we gathered for my brother’s memorial celebration, and the team handled every detail with extraordinary care and grace.
Loved the grounds and amenities. Rooms are above average. Everything is very clean and attention is paid to detail. Food is great! Location… off the beaten path, which has its pluses and minuses. The hotel shuttle to downtown is well-used and great!
Great location facing the bay and marina! It's away from downtown Coronado but has a shuttle that runs 9-9 every 30 minutes to drop off downtown Coronado. There is also a shuttle for the beach across the street. The resort has pool, hot tub, spa, restaurants,24hr fitness with views of the water and great service.
We Celebrated our 39 yr Anniversary at your beautiful hotel over the weekend. We entered our Ocean view room to find beautiful flowers bottle of chilled champagne & dessert. You made our anniversary so special. Thank you to Kevin & Martyna for all you have done to make us feel so welcomed.
Getting married at Loews Coronado Bay Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
