We stayed at Cove Peaks Lodge in June 2021. We considered several lodges for this trip and could not have been more pleased with our choice. Dave and the team are extremely responsive and will walk you through building out an itinerary.
Cove Peaks lodge was the perfect destination. The owners were great, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful, secluded, and offered great opportunities to view wildlife (including otters, eagles, and starfish). We had a great time fishing and relaxing on the beach.
Stayed here for a few days in September. It was so peaceful and nice. I got to eat on the deck and watch otters swim in the bay every day. Staff is great, food is always on point, place is clean, really cute cabins, wifi, such a nice lodge nestled right off the bay. Also has a sauna with a great view.
Getting married at Cove Peaks Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
