Waking up at Stillpoint Lodge feels like waking up inside a dream — only this dream is real, and it's even better than imagined. From the moment you arrive, you're surrounded by the raw beauty of Alaska, yet everything about the experience feels intimate, intentional, and elevated.
100/10- That is how Stillpoint Lodge was rated from our travelers that we just sent to this little slice of heaven on earth! Our travelers absolutely raved about their experience and how they were treated like royalty! The welcoming ceremony brought one of them to tears!! The hikes were amazing!
I would definitely give it more than 5 stars if possible! What an amazing place! Scenery, amazing excursions, incredible food, and above all it is difficult to find more amazing, sweet and fun staff. They make a great family and make you feel part of it. One of the most amazing places I’ve ever been.
Getting married at Stillpoint Lodge
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
