We were there for my sons wedding reception after it got rained out at the original spot. I thought it was pretty darn great that the space was available on such a short notice, was clean, nice floors, plenty of space for everything the bride and groom needed.
When I went there the fair wasn’t going on. It was a parking lot type deal with bathrooms in the middle they were a little scary. But my girlfriend and I were traveling from Northern California just checking places out and we slept there for the night. Met this nice guy who had a unique pet a turkey.
A beautiful setting for community and county functions set perfectly on the coastline with friendly and helpful people all around!
Enough fun for an afternoon, not an overwhelming amount of vendors. Right on the beach so if it's a windy day it can be a bummer. But if it's a nice day, it's A REALLY NICE DAY!

Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
