I have to rave about the manager, Tracy! Just spoke with her about purchasing point or just paying upon arrival and she not only gave me the best option but was very happy to do so. Be sure to ask for Tracy as she is a wonderful reflection of Hilton! We frequent this resort as the beach is stunning and clean.
As a Hilton Diamond member for over 20 years, the DoubleTree remains my preferred property, and this two-week stay reinforced why. The recent updates are all excellent. The dining is outstanding, the rooms are immaculate, and the pool experience has been elevated.
My husband and I came with our 7&9 year old. They love it! Super convenient having beach chair rentals right outside the hotel. We loved having the pool available to us when we wanted out of the sand/sun. The tiki bar has expanded in size quite a bit since the last time we came. It so nice and clean!
The beach is right in front of the hotel, there is a restaurant and bar as well as a Jet ski rental right next to the hotel. Very relaxed and convenient. Customer Service is also great. The only downside is that the parking is not free, also to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs it's $40.
Getting married at DoubleTree Beach Resort by Hilton Hotel Tampa Bay - North Redington Beach
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
