My husband and I had our wedding here (ceremony AND reception) in September 2024, and it was truly the most wonderful day. I cannot stress how much Colleen did to make our day seamless. She helped with major details AND minor details (that mattered), and we can’t thank her enough for how much she did for us.
I had my wedding here and it was nothing short of perfect. We’ve been getting so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was and how smooth everything went. We had our ceremony & cocktail hour on the rooftop, which was picture perfect, and then had the reception on the 2nd floor!
We had our wedding at the Dunes Pavilion this past weekend and had an amazing experience! The planning process was easy, and staff on the day of were very friendly and helpful. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was! I also personally thought the food was fantastic, particularly the steak meal.
We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to host our wedding reception! Quick shout out to Ginelle for working with us to make our day unique and special. Although we had an overcast/rainy day, we ended up having the entire beach and building to ourselves!
Getting married at Dunes Pavilion Event Venue
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
