From the reviews
This was a great spot for our autumn getaway trip. Great location close to many areas of interest. Friendly staff with recommendations. The room we chose was great, though slightly rustic. The real draw for us was the in room fireplace coupled with a whirlpool tub, a super relaxing and romantic combination.
Great location in cozy Ephraim. A short walk away from the water. A big fan of the rooms with a whirlpool and a fireplace.
I was looking for a vintage room with lace curtains, a brass bed, and beautiful wallpaper. It felt like stepping back in time. The room and the Inn was beautiful. The modern amenities of cable TV and air conditioning was perfect. The location is perfect. I was able to walk down the street to the public beach area.
We booked a room here at the last minute for an impromptu first-time trip to Door County, and we felt incredibly lucky to have found it. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the waterfront in the charming town of Ephraim.
Getting married at Eagle Harbor Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
