My sister's wedding was held there. Venue was ok. It wasn't bad, just had senior's with major issues and no disabled parking anywhere close to the building. In fact, the overall lack of parking nearby was a fail. Walking to your car four blocks away, in the dark, by yourself, is not safe.
I was there for an award ceremony super nice place, bartender's were fast and friendly.
Amazing! My friends and I go to swing dancing almost every week, whether it's a Tuesday or a Sunday, and it's amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming to all skill levels, and it's fun for all ages. The venue itself is also great in general.
I truly believe this is one of the best kept secrets in Olympia. This place has an amazing ballroom! It's large and has great acoustics. There's plenty of seating. The venue is always clean. I love that there's parking present. Check it out for weekly dances or to rent for your own event!!!
Getting married at Eagle's Grand Ballroom and Wedding Venue
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
