From the reviews
My wife and I had such a good time at Eagle's Nest. Cabin was super comfy and spotless clean, fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay. Host is super friendly, and managed to find a cabin for us even though we called him at last minute, and 30 minutes later everything was set for us.
Stayed in the Eagle's nest- what a very lovely spot! Can't beat being right near the water and having quiet beach right across the lawn with the local wildlife. Nice updates to the place. Would definitely stay again.
I went to visit friends in Sekiu WA and stayed at one of Kandice and Harrison’s B&Bs facing the San Juan de Fuca strait. It was luxury at its best: the accommodations, the endlessly interesting view and lovely, gracious hospitality from the hosts.
I love this place it was so peaceful and nice. We were able to walk down the beach and enjoy the ocean. The place we stayed in was nice and well kept. It had a great view and it was very comfortable and had all that we needed. The hostesses were very accommodating and nice.
Getting married at Eagle's Nest B&B
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
