We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding day! From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was where we wanted to celebrate our special day. Festiva on Canal was a phenomenal vendor with great staff. Patti , the owner, was a combination of professionalism, warmth, humor, detail oriented, just to name a few. I truly felt that she cared about our experience, not just a paying customer. The venue was decorated beautifully and matched our theme.
My experience with BWA & Festiva was first rate. Planning a wedding long distance was taxing at times. However, my wedding coordinator, Mariam, was always available to calm this mother of the bride nerves. The attention to detail and follow-up was exceptional. Both the beach wedding & reception were perfect!
Getting married at Festiva On Canal
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
