Seems to be a nice place to rent cottages for a couple days or a week or so. They are well taken care of. The Cottages are color-coordinated by location. Green, cream yellow, grayish blue and light brown with each location having its own fire pit. Plus play areas for the kids.
The cottages are top notch, well done! Amazing views of the lake, rocking chairs on the porches, fantastic fire pits, just well done! I've read some other reviews and all I can say is done people's expectations are ....
The location is great, the view is fabulous. I have stayed here several times. The furniture is fairly uncomfortable, and floors are REALLY creaky, especially cottage 25's second bedroom! But otherwise so much fun!
Great time enjoying the Ohio beach vibe. Many great shops and food spots, but I particularly love Ruff Life On The Lake. I loved the staff and the food! Will definitely return for future visits.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
