The lodge is a special place with beautiful views. Veronica and her team made our wedding day stress free. Veronica goes above and beyond way past her job description to ensure you and your loved ones have a seamless day without lifting a finger. They pull details together better than I could have imagined.
My husband and I had our wedding at the lodge! We worked with Veronica starting at the initial tour and she didn’t finish until the morning after! She answered every email, late night phone call, and odd request. Her and her team handled all the set up, clean up and a huge portion of my stress!
My personal experience was great, except for the extremely uncomfortable bed. From the curb appeal to friendly staff, beautiful maintained grounds right on the lake & complimentary s'mores. I want to give 5 stars but the bed ruined it for me. For $375 a night, you'd think the bed would be comfortable.
This was an amazing location for our wedding and built in family reunion. The rooms, pools, outdoor activities and locations were great. We had a lovely ceremony, great food and Veronica helped us plan for every detail. We had so much fun zip lining and sitting by the fire pits.
Getting married at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
