We REALLY enjoyed staying here. The only downside is no restaurant on site - but Avila is just a 2 min drive or short walk to several restaurants, coffee shops, tasting rooms, etc. the staff was friendly and the room great. We loved the private balcony we had and the view was beautiful. ☺️
We enjoyed our stay! Although they are renovating, they did their best to reduce noise. The view from our patio was beautiful. A easy walk to downtown if you are a regular/ daily walker.
Absolutely gorgeous facility! Most rooms have a partial view of the ocean and piers. There is a small convenience vending area at the main lobby, however no restaurant or bar on site. Lots of amenities, too many to list! It is possible to walk to the 0.4 mi.
Room was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Stove, refrigerator, microwave and everything to make meals. Views of the ocean with a small table and chairs on the lanai. Bed was comfortable and the room felt newly renovated.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
