We absolutely love staying here! This is our second stay here in the condos and this rental community really kicks off the best, most relaxing vacation. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, grocery store and shops quickly. We always use the Hilton Waikoloa access pass that gets you towels and free parking.
We just stayed one week in Kolea 15C with two young kids and had an amazing experience! They have thought of absolutely everything. This is by far the most stocked, well thought out rental we’ve ever stayed in. They had beach chairs, coolers, sand toys for kids, board games, and even a beach bag!
Best place in Waikoloa. Very family friendly & condos are stunning, there is literally nothing that even comes close to comparing. Kolea, is the only condo unit with direct access to the beach, it is crazy gorgeous
This is our 4th time staying at Kolea villas and we always have a wonderful time. We love the beautiful villas and the location. We enjoy walking to the beach, hotel, shops, restaraunts and the Hilton.
Getting married at Kolea at Waikōloa Beach Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
