From the reviews
Attended a wedding at China Cabin with my partner and it was absolutely magical. The historic charm of the space paired with the stunning waterfront view made for such a memorable experience. It’s a beautiful, intimate venue — timeless and full of character.
What a beautiful place! It's as if I stepped into a Victorian steamship mess hall. And you can rent it out for your own event! If you make it this way do not deprive yourself of such a great view of the bay! :^)
Worked a wedding reception here. This is a very small venue to host an event. Planning a sit down dinner you do not want to have more than 40 guests. The view from the deck is beautiful. You can see Tiburon, the Bay and Belvedere. The interior looks very high end, with lots of gold leaf painted design.
What a special landmark, so well preserved and loved. I liked the historical markers. Mr. Webb would be honored to know his creation has made it this far. I must attend an event here!
Getting married at Landmarks China Cabin
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
