Le James is an absolutely stunning wedding venue in the heart of Charleston’s historic French Quarter. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful bridal suite, complete with a washer and dryer, spacious makeup stations for bridesmaids, and a private bathroom and shower, to the charming rooftop space…
Hosted a client event here and honestly the venue sold itself! The second our attendees walked in you could see it on their faces, the space is just stunning. I'd put it up against anything downtown, easily the most impressive building in the area right now.
Le James is in one of the best locations in Charleston for a wedding venue. The French Quarter is the perfect spot for any occasion. Being walking distance from the pineapple fountain, water views, and historic downtown Charleston- the opportunity for breath taking photos is endless!

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge.
