On the property
“I was worried the venue would be too spread out for our small guest count, but with utilizing just the front lawn area (by the pergola), the upstairs piazza, and indoor rooms it was perfect!”

From the reviews
We cannot recommend the PPHG group ENOUGH! We had our wedding at the William Aiken House and rehearsal dinner + welcome party at Parcel 32. Every single detail was perfect for the entire weekend. The team helping us plan was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and energetic throughout the process.
We had our wedding at the William Aiken House and had the absolute BEST experience with PPHG. Rachel, and the entire PPHG staff are amazing. They were all super helpful and accommodating throughout our wedding planning process. The venue is gorgeous and was great for our intimate wedding of 27 guests.
My husband and I were lucky enough to get married at the William Aiken House! PPHG went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Kelly at PPHG was organized, kind, and amazing to work with. She made the wedding process stress free and fun and made us feel so special throughout our wedding day.
We held our wedding at Lowndes Grove and from our first walk-thru I knew it was our dream venue and PPHG would be amazing to work with. I truly cannot say enough great things about them. Trying to plan a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic was stressful to say the least but PPHG was with us every step of the way.
Getting married at Patrick Properties Hospitality Group
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
