From the reviews
The Lodge at Marconi was the perfect venue for our wedding. The location is absolutely stunning, with some of the best views we’ve seen anywhere, and having all our guests stay onsite gave the whole weekend a special, nostalgic summer camp vibe that we still hear about from friends and family.
Loved staying here over the long weekend. Thoughtful service and decor, absolutely peaceful. Nice touches available like custom blend bath products and smores for the fire, hikes on the property, and simple but elegant decor.
Loved staying here. Dawn was so kind and entertaining — we enjoyed talking to her. Not sure if other people were just bad vibes - but we had no bad experiences with any of the staff here. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Loved being at the fire pit at night.
Set back from the road, this location is both beautiful & so peaceful. Rooms are modern and the staff are helpful. Walk the grounds and get back to nature. 15 minute drive to Port Reyes Station for supermarket, hardware store and restaurant. Breathtaking sunsets.
Getting married at Lodge at Marconi
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
