We own a timeshare week at the Waiohai Beach Club and it’s our favorite by far! The location in Poipu is quieter and relaxing with its small slice of beach that is frequented by giant green sea turtles and monk seals! The staff is always friendly and they provide excellent service!
Stop by to take a look at the property and it's fantastic. Lots of water features, close to the beach lots of options for food. And it's on the best island of the chain. I hope to come back sometime and enjoy the property personally.
Beautiful beachside vacation resort. 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and in room laundry. Easy beach access. We saw many green sea turtles and a monk seal. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful. Daily fitness and fun activities. Food at the pool bar was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
My family has been coming to this location for years. Always a great time. Amazing staff and fantastic location. It would be nice if the staff enforced their rule about reserving pool chairs for extended periods of time, while not being present at the pool. It can be hard to get chairs.
Getting married at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
