I visited Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens between sessions of rain, which ended up being perfect timing. It was very easy to find and pleasantly larger than I first expected. One of the highlights was the hike toward the back of the gardens, where you get some incredible coastal views.
If you are in Fort Bragg, please come visit this lovely garden. Cloudy or sunny, you’ll enjoy being here. During September, the dahlias were blooming, my favorite flower. There were hundreds of plants and flowers to admire. You can even go as far as the coast and see the ocean.
If you are a nature lover, this is a perfect place to relax & recharge. We enjoyed this coastal setting botanical garden. They have a huge variety of the most beautiful flowers! Trails that lead you to spectacular ocean views. Don't forget to stop at the Cafe for a snack & picnic along the way.
