From the reviews
Lovely location on the east side of Molokai. It's an older complex built in the 70's. Many of the condos have been renovated. "A" building is oceanfront (about 20' from the ocean). They have a pool and a cabana along with tennis courts.
Beautiful condo and we couldn't ask for a better view. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The landscaping adds to the beach setting. It is quiet here with the exception of the roosters 😊. It has been very warm the past few days and air conditioning would be welcome.
A great place to stay in Molokai! The guests and residents were all very friendly along with the office staff and groundskeepers. The units are independently owned so look for reservations on AirBnB. Be sure to stock up in groceries on the way from the airport because the main supermarket is 25 minutes away.
We stayed for two nights at the Wavecrest, in a 1st floor, garden view condo. The unit had 1 bedroom and 1 bath, and a kitchen and living room. Very clean, very quiet while we were there. The weather was rainy, so we walked the grounds and looked at the pool, but did not swim. The grounds were neat and clean.
Getting married at Molokai Wavecrest
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
