Small community hall (49 maximum) with kitchen and restroom facilities to rent reasonably. Has adequate parking, a small lawn area and patio area with 3 large picnic tables. Building is right along the highway between Netarts and Oceanside (2 miles away). Beach access is a short drive. Groceries close by.
