I recently visited the new BEAUTIFUL cabins while my 3 girlfriends and I visited from Texas. Let me tell you, these cabins are GORGEOUS!!! Very accommodating with plenty of room. The smell of the new wood is Amazing! And the furniture is gorgeous!
A great place to visit and see a beautiful sunset. Stopped here after visiting Chimney Bluff State Park. A great place to see,, and no fee to enter. Grills, picnic tables and clean rest rooms to use. Great walking trails to the waters edge for swimming, or hiking to the Bluffs.
Stayed here with friends and the views are awesome. The area is quiet and relaxing so I would definitely come back if in the area.
We stayed at Oak Park Marina Inn as a family during a difficult time for my father-in-law’s funeral, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, with an amazing view that brought a real sense of calm.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
