Great location on the island. If you are familiar with Pine Island, and St James City specifically, then you'll understand how central this location is to everything. It is easy to walk to several restaurants and bars.
This place was perfect for a friends birthday celebration! We rented a boat and had it parked in a slip right outside the place with access to great fishing and sunning spots. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a few great local spots to eat and catch some live music.
We recently stayed at this hotel and had such a great experience from start to finish. The entire property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, which immediately made it feel welcoming and well cared for. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax after a long day.
An absolute gem! So delighted we found this place for our little staycation weekend. The location is great, rooms are pristine, spacious and inviting. We had everything we needed, and it felt very comfortable.
Getting married at Off the Charts Inn Island Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
