I’ve been staying at the Outer Banks Beach Club for as long as I can remember. My parents bought a timeshare there, and now I own it. I visit every year, and more if possible. The beach club is awesome! The location is close to shopping and dining, plus it’s right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view.
It was a remarkable place in a perfect location for me! It's only downfall was thousands and thousands of steps to get anywhere in the complex. Although it had elevators the too where thousand of steps to get too! If I did not have stability and stamina issue it may have been different
We come every year. Perfect for a week-long stay with family and friends. Rooms are well stocked and clean. Location is central to everything. Main building has a pool and hot tub. There is a gift shop, now, too!
Great location, steps away from the beach, plenty of chairs around the pool area, and elevators! The rooms are spacious and there's pots and pans, glassware, and everything you may cook/eat there.
Getting married at Outer Banks Beach Club Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
