Went here for a wedding. Was confused on where to go since there was no directory or receptionist to tell us where to go. Instead I went to the bar to listen to a sergeant talk to a crew of about 75 Marines. It was quite intimidating but fun to listen to while I waited for the wedding to start.
This event center is located on a military installation and offers a spacious, versatile setting perched on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. With a variety of rooms available for meetings, conferences, and special events, it’s well-suited for gatherings of all sizes.
When they hold events here like quinceaneras, weddings and corporate events the staff is always on point when it comes to servicing the guests! They are very polite, very helpful and are very quick! I could not be more grateful for how they helped me during my visit!
The career fairs presented by MCCS are always attended by plenty of employers that are willing to hire. You must have military base access to visit Pacific Views Event Center. I’ve also attended a birthday party for a retiring officer at this site and the catering here is good.
Getting married at Pacific Views Event Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
