We had our wedding here, and we absolutely loved it! From the start, the staff was incredible to work with. Our coordinator, Alivia, was especially amazing, and she answered my many questions throughout the process quickly and thoroughly. She made me feel so at ease which was very important to me as the bride!
We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Grand Beach Resort. The property is beautiful, the beach access is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere made for a very relaxing vacation. A special thank you to Rob and Mark from the valet team.
The Pelican Grand Beach resort is wonderful. The ocean front room is spacious, clean, and modern. Seeing the ocean from your bed and enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio is so nice. The two food servers on the beach were two of the hardest workers I’ve seen.
Getting married at Pelican Grand Beach Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
