Yesterday was my first time at the Yacht Club & may I say it is amazing. I was actually their to set up for an event that was going to be held yesterday evening.
Whether you are planning a milestone celebration or a sophisticated corporate gathering, this venue is the quintessential choice. The expansive, light-filled space is matched only by its breathtaking waterfront views, providing a truly picturesque backdrop for any occasion.
I have attended several formal galas there. It has a huge dance floor with lots of space for large guest tables. I'd say 150 can fit comfortably. During warmer months, go outside and take pictures, take a stroll, sit and chat as you take in the view because the deck wraps around the building and overlooks the delta.
First time here, visiting yacht broker Ralph Tocci, and pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the condition of spaces, docks. Even the dock lines were orderly everywhere I looked.
Getting married at Pittsburg Yacht Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
