From the reviews
We had our wedding there and we couldn't have been happier with that decision. From the moment we 1st went to look at the place we knew it was the place for us. As impressed as we were with the venue we were even more impressed with David and his mother. They were so kind and helpful.

As a marketing director who has been planning corporate events for over a decade, it's rare for me to come across a venue that feels truly unique or makes a lasting impression. However, I recently planned a company banquet at Private 131, and this new event space exceeded my expectations in every category.
We held incredible event hosted at Private 131 surrounded with family, friends, and people who make us hungry for life, touch our hearts, and nourish our souls. Filling the space with love, kindness, beautiful souls, that created a ambience was truly was magical.
Getting married at Private 131
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
