From the reviews
My fiancé and I stayed here to see Brad Williams. Brad even stayed here and we were able to say "hi" when we were leaving. So, that was cool lol The room is fair for the price. We paid more so we can have the club lounge. It was a lot more intimate setting than the general lounge.
Outstanding service during the crazy Mardi Gras season! We stayed from Saturday through Wednesday!! We felt safe due to Bert, we felt special by Mr Harry & Ki and was highly impressed with Ralph and his work ethics and contagious smile!!! The whole staff that we encountered were above and beyond nice and welcoming!
All the staff members we have encountered so far have been so kind and have great customer service! The room is great! We have a beautiful view of the water, the USS Alabama battleship and the USS United States until it leaves the port.
I stayed at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel for 12 days during a work trip, and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent close to everything in Mobile, including restaurants, bars, and local attractions, which made it very convenient after long workdays.
Getting married at Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
