From the reviews
We had our wedding here this past Sunday, and our experience was amazing! Communication about expectations was always crystal clear, and the venue itself made for a beautiful, elegant event! The incredible view of the water from the Point Elliot room was more than enough decoration for our day.
Fantastic venue! We used the lawn for our wedding, the Point Elliott room for the reception and the Fowler room for childcare (which our guests loved btw) all for really reasonable prices. Some key things to note: - given the views and prices, they book FAST. We reserved a year ahead to get married on a Sunday.
I photographed a wedding with a ceremony down by the Mukilteo Lighthouse and a reception at Rosehill Community Center, and the entire experience was wonderful. The lighthouse setting was absolutely beautiful, a perfect coastal backdrop with so much charm and gorgeous natural light for photos.
A year ago, I joined a dance group that meets once a week at the Rosehill Community Center. Besides the beautiful oceanfront view, what I appreciate most is the wonderful staff—Bo, Chris, and Nina. Their warm smiles, steady support, and thoughtful help make every visit feel welcoming.
Getting married at Rosehill Community Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
