For me, the value of Salishan Coastal Lodge really comes down to the unique blend of the Pacific Northwest setting and the convenience of having everything on-site for a family trip.
I love Shalishan! It’s obviously a gorgeous location. I was quite impressed however, with the restaurant! it’s a gorgeous vibe with quaint areas and a nice fireplace. But the best part is the service! I loved all of the servers and the bartender. They were all very friendly and had great smiles.
Beautiful property and great service. Very peaceful place that I visit every summer. The restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. Kyanne did a great job and was patient with us as we stayed beyond closing time. Thank you!
Getting married at Salishan Coastal Lodge by SCP Hotels
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
