OMGosh!!!! What a serene and lovely experience. We’ve been to Sea La Vie Topsail twice now and both experiences have been absolutely exactly what we needed. The space is large, bright and open concept. The rooms are also large and bright with access to balconies overlooking the ocean.
A Seaside Escape That Truly Delivers Over the past few years, we've had the joy of staying in several stunning Sea La Vie properties—from cozy oceanfront condos to spacious five-bedroom homes. Each visit has been a breath of fresh air—literally and spiritually.
We stayed with Sea La Vie for spring break in their oceanfront property called "Up on the Roof - Stars." The home was well maintained, clean, updated, and the waves could be heard throughout the house. The beds were comfortable, which is high on our personal priority list. The decks and beach access were amazing.
Getting married at Sea La Vie Topsail
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
