We hosted our wedding at Topsail Manor and it was a dream come true! The house and the property were very clean and we had everything we needed for a great event. We had about 80 guests, did the ceremony, cocktails, and dancing in the yard, and hosted our reception dinner under the house in the carport.
We attended a rehearsal dinner and wedding here. The place is magnificent. Definitely perfect for hosting a memorable event. The house is set up with entertainment in mind. From the billiard area to the media room, it is all amazing. The huge kitchen is a dream. The bedrooms are all very tastefully decorated.

This is an absolutely amazing wedding venue located right on the beach. It's got everything , pool , pool table and on and on. It even has its own elevator so you're so you're family members that struggle with steps don't need to worry about it. The perfect place for an unforgettable event.
Getting married at Topsail Manor
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
